The Equity Advantage (TEA) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to closing disparity gaps due to race. We have had the privilege of advising and collaborating with many of the world’s most extraordinary social change leaders including for-profit corporations, philanthropists, nonprofit and NGO leaders, and impact investors.
At TEA, we believe that to make an impact on eliminating racial disparities, it is not enough to break down systemic and structural racial barriers. In order to have a significant impact, one must also simultaneously help historically disenfranchised communities take advantage of opportunities created as barriers are taken down.
